1. Privacy at a glance

Protecting your personal data matters to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with data protection law (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG) and this policy. You can use our website without providing personal data. This website uses no analytics or tracking services, no advertising cookies and embeds no external fonts, plugins or social media buttons.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, the host automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version, operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Date and time of the request

This data is technically necessary to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). It is not merged with other data sources. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Cookies

We do not use cookies that require consent. A cookie banner is therefore not necessary.

5. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Form data is transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection and forwarded to us by email from there; it is not stored in a database. We delete your data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention duties apply. We do not pass on your data without your consent.

Please note that data transmission over the internet, for example by email, may have security gaps. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

6. Links to our Etsy shop

We sell our items via the Etsy platform (Etsy Ireland UC, 66/67 Great Strand Street, Dublin 1, Ireland). Our website only contains links to it. No data is transmitted to Etsy merely by visiting our site. Only when you click a link do you leave our site, and Etsy's privacy policy applies.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise it by "https://" and the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent with effect for the future. Please contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Hesse the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wiesbaden.

9. Advertising emails

We object to the use of the contact details published in the legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising.
